Myofascial Cupping has been around for a while. Over the last few years we have seen images of purple pepperoni circles on professional athlete’s. This has created attention to myofascial therapy. The cups and techniques have changed over time, but the basic idea of the cups providing suction to decompress the underlying tissue remains the same.
The infra red cupping helps to reduce healing time with dynamically. Rhythmic alternations between release and suction boost blood circulation to the treated area to more effectively relieve pain, speed up cell recovery, and enhance pain free mobility over standard cupping.

Ante and postnatal exercises advice and planning sessions throughout pregnancy to maintain the well being of the momma along with preparation for child birth
Health related activity for children - Identifying exercise to be fun to help with a child’s general well being and understanding of how exercise/activity can make them feel good along with the benefits.
Fit to Box - boxing training techniques mixed with strength and endurance exercises/activity. Helping resolve stress from the day.
Strength and conditioning - implementing strength training to assist to develop body strength and power for exercise/sports and health.
Strength training for the more mature client like myself. Lifting heavy resistance to encourage muscle growth increasing the function of the metabolism, which slows as we age. Excellent session for ladies moving through the menopause. Train alone or share the session with a friend.
